We'd be happy to connect you with a technician who can perform a Service call on your phone and determine whether Repair Hello can repair it. We do charge a fee for Service call tests. However, if the technician is able to diagnose and solve the issue, we'll waive the Service call fee and simply charge you for the needed repair.
